Ordered flowers for my aunts funeral service. They were very simple and elegant which I wanted but the price was outrageous. Fees and taxes were another 35%!
I’m happy to pay a fair/ good price for flowers but this was way out of range

First time I have ordered flowers via an obituary. I was hoping everything went okay and it did! Arrived on time, delivered what was promised and a family member said the white roses smelled so good! I was across the country and couldn't attend so am very grateful everything went A+.

I sent this for the double memorial service of the parents of a close friend. It arrived on time and was just like the picture. It was timeless, beautiful and she loved it. A very fitting tribute to her sweet parents.

The flowers were pretty, fresh and delivered on time and properly. Beware the $20 service charge add-on attached to the bill at the last step...if they are selling delivery to the mortuary, that should be part of the package.

I purchased the premium healing tears - blue and white for a viewing and funeral. The flowers were delivered as a jumbled mess. It looked like the flowers were dropped and just stuffed back into the vase. There was no water in the vase and by the time I got to the viewing the flowers were wilting. I requested a refund for the flowers the same evening after the service. They refused. They said I would need to have a photo of the flowers to get a refund. Who takes pictures at a funeral when the flower arrangement is near the casket????? Do not purchase from them. Buy from your own local florist.

Though I was not able to be there to see the flowers delivered, I was informed by a couple of family members that the flowers were absolutely "gorgeous"- their description. That is a great relief, when a person is counting on the arrangement to" represent" them at such a time.
