I live out of town and kept my daughters grandchildren for her and my son in law to come for his brothers funeral, so I did not see the flower basket. However, my son in law was delighted with the beautiful colors and attention to detail. Thank you for being prompt with the delivery as well.

I placed two separate orders with The Sympathy Store, and am pleased with both. I received delivery updates, and everything arrived on time. The family said that both arrangements were beautiful, and I saw a photo of one--really lovely and honestly surpassed my expectations.

Beautiful arrangement, but seemed more pink than the picture. It really didn't have orange, which was fine for us, but if someone is wanting orange, this would not be the right choice. I was concerned because I made specific arrangements for delivery the day before the funeral because it was early. Nelson's indicated it had not be delivered the night before.

Cannot write review as never saw the flowers. By the time all fees were added up, it cost $22 more than the picture shows. Not sure any bouquet worth that much, but can't say for sure. The picture ks pretty.

We recently placed an order and it was delivered on Wednesday to the family of our coworker who lost his brother. In the past we have used one of the usual online 1800-flowers kinds of places, and we have been less than pleased. Your site was listed on the funeral home's website, so we used you.
The family told us that your flowers were the most beautiful they had ever seen and the arrangement was HUGE. I was so thrilled to hear this, because you never know what you are going to get when you order flowers online - you just cross your fingers and hope for the best!
