Ordering online thru the Sympathy Store (or any online store) comes with its own, at times, small issues. In my case I would always recommend asking any and all questions you may have regarding your arrangement you plan to order. With that said I spoke with a young woman by the name of Jada. She was without a doubt one of the most pleasant, knowledgeable and understanding representative I had the pleasure to deal with. I would without a doubt recommend the Sympathy Store for any and all your floral needs!
